Culture Coaches are "buddies" assigned to new hires over their first three months at Quantum Workplace to be a resource for questions and ensure the new hire feels supported throughout their onboarding.
With a Culture Coach by their side, new hires build relationships, connect with other Qwirks, and become immersed in our culture from day one.
Every Qwirk gets time off to volunteer for organizations and causes they're passionate about. We also engage in company-wide and team service opportunities.
Every two years we bring Qwirks from all across the country together to one city for our all-company retreat. It's a week full of meaningful conversations, learning from one another, and building connections. We call it Qwirk Days.
We strive to continuously increase the diversity of our team and create an inclusive culture. We do this by focusing on talent, community, awareness, and voice.
The Diversity Council of Quantum Workplace exists to Make Work Better Every Day by ensuring that every Qwirk feels like they belong and can Be You. They advise leadership and departments on strategies, goals, and accountabilities each year. The Diversity Council consists of 5-7 Qwirks, the Director of Employee Success, and the CEO. Each month, they collaborate as a council and then share with the company current projects, initiatives, challenges, and volunteer opportunities.
