As the Director of Coaching, Shana guides the growth and development of Emergenetics practitioners and leads executive and organizational coaching initiatives. She conducts Emergenetics Certifications, delivers workshops for client organizations and supports content development. Previously, Shana worked in leadership roles in the nonprofit, higher education and healthcare industries. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and her Master’s degree in Organizational Training and Development from the University of Denver.
