OMAHA, Neb. — For the third year in a row, Quantum Workplace, a leading employee success platform and the employee engagement partner for the nationally recognized Best Places to Work Programs, was recognized as a Stevie® Award winner in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The organization was named the winner of a silver Stevie® Award in the Employer of the Year category as well as a silver Stevie® Award for HR Team of the Year.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.
Quantum Workplace believes that to truly coach organizations to create cultures of employee success, they must be the example for what that environment looks like. That includes leading the way with their internal HR team.
The organization’s own workplace research shows organizations are struggling to empower managers to inspire employee impact and engage employees. In Quantum Workplace’s 2023 employee engagement survey, 96% of employees agreed their manager cares about them as a person and 95% said their manager cares about their development.
One of Quantum Workplace’s employee success goals was to provide manager-specific training and development so that managers and employees have meaningful conversations with increased psychological safety and belonging at the organization. These efforts were also recognized with the 2023 HRAM IDEAL Award.
“The work to be an employer of choice is never done. We’re always looking for ways we can improve the employee experience,” Quantum Workplace Director of Employee Success Cyndi Wenninghoff said. “And hard work pays off. We continue to be recognized as an awesome place to work because we listen to what our employees are saying and take action to improve their experience.”
Over the last several years, Quantum Workplace’s Employee Success Team (the internal HR department) developed a week-long onboarding program to fully integrate new Qwirks (employees) into the culture and connect them to the mission and values. From day one, Qwirks are guided through the organization so they can better connect the dots from their specific role to their team and how they impact organizational goals. In 2023, 3-month new hire favorability was 95% and average first-week perceptions at a 96% favorability.
