Company recognized for DEI efforts among Omaha-based companies 

OMAHA, Neb. — Quantum Workplace, a leading employee success platform and the employee engagement partner for the nationally recognized Best Places to Work Programs, was honored with a 2024 IDEAL Award by the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM) diversity and inclusion committee for the second year in a row. 

The award recognizes Omaha-based organizations for DEI initiatives and accomplishments in embracing and promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, advocacy, and leadership (IDEAL) in business strategies, policies, decisions, and practices. 

Quantum Workplace received the CULTIVATE Level 3 award in the small/medium category. This award celebrates organizations excelling at efforts to recognize the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

“We’ve worked hard since our award last year to increase psychological safety and belonging,” Quantum Workplace Director of Employee Success Cyndi Wenninghoff said. “We are committed to creating an environment where every employee can be successful. That means fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.”
